Sarpi (Society for the Advancement of the Rural People of India) is a public trust registered under the societies Registration Act of 1860 on 5th June 1978, Registration No. Bom-215/78, G.B.,B.S.D., under the Bombay Public Trust Act of 1950, on 5th September, 1978, Registration No. F-4983 (Bom), and with the commissioner of Income Tax, Registration No. INS-13041. Sarpi is a Charitable (Non-profit) organization. Tax Exemptions All donations to SARPI are exempt under section 80(G) of The Indian Income Tax Act, 1961. How to donate?
